FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 22, 2017
Guildford, UK – February 22, 2017 –
Network Computing Magazine is the UK’s longest established magazine dedicated to network management. In it’s 11th year, the Network Computing Awards were set up to highlight the best solutions that make up, power, secure and support an organisation’s network as well as the key business applications because they believe the use of the best technology can have a big influence on performance.
Nominations, made during December and January by readers of Network Computing Magazine have created shortlists of finalists. Voting on the finalists is open until 22nd March and the ultimate winners will be revealed at an evening ceremony on 30th March in London.
Based in Guildford, with solutions used by organisations in Europe, Africa and the Americas, Paddy Coleman, Founder of QStory, said “We’re delighted that Network Computing readers have put us forward to be finalists. Real-Time automation is the next step-up for contact centres to manage their daily activities from start to finish.”
QStory, nominated as “One to Watch” at the Everline Future 50 awards in 2016, is revolutionising the way call centres manage their real time activities. The QStory solutions were created after years of experience in delivering WFM projects globally and the realisation that traditional WFM platforms fall short in delivering all the tools required by real-time teams.
Please cast your vote here to help QStory’s ARTI become Network Computing’s ‘Contact Centre Product of the Year’.
