Appointment marks the launch of the company’s new growth strategy.
QStory, the UK’s first Real-Time Automation provider has appointed Naila Basit as Marketing Manager. In this role, Naila will draw on her experience in the unified communications and contact centre industry to further build on the marketing strategy to fuel the company’s ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years.
Naila joins QStory from Puzzel, a global CCaaS vendor, where she was responsible for Marketing in the UK. Prior to Puzzel, she spent time at Rostrvm Solutions (now IMImobile) where she gained valuable experience across sales and marketing for a leading dialler platform. Naila will now play a key role in executing QStory’s aggressive growth goals and will work closely with a highly experienced Board to develop a robust go-to-market plan.
